Mike joined the company as a Conestoga College graduate in 1986 and has managed some of the company’s largest industrial and commercial projects. Since obtaining a degree in economics, he has overseen the strategic planning and business management of the firm, while building the client-focused dependability of the team. One of Mike’s goals is to grow the employee ownership of the company.
